To ensure your satisfaction, we kindly ask you to inspect all items carefully upon delivery and before the courier leaves.

Please make sure that the items, size, color, condition, and overall order details meet your expectations. If any item does not meet your requirements, it must be returned immediately with the courier at the time of delivery.

Once the courier has left, the order will be considered accepted, and we will not be able to process any return, refund, or exchange requests.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

حرصًا منا على رضاكم، نرجو منكم فحص جميع المنتجات بعناية عند الاستلام وقبل مغادرة مندوب الشحن.

يرجى التأكد من المقاس، اللون، حالة المنتج، وجميع تفاصيل الطلب، للتأكد من أن كل شيء مطابق لتوقعاتكم.

في حال وجود أي ملاحظة أو في حال كان المنتج غير مناسب لاحتياجاتكم، يجب إرجاعه فورًا مع مندوب الشحن وقت الاستلام.

بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن، يُعتبر الطلب مقبولًا من طرفكم، ولن نتمكن من قبول أي طلبات استرجاع أو استبدال أو استرداد للمبلغ بعد ذلك.
